Customizing your customer microsite
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Context
You want the tracking experience your customers see to reflect your brand, and you want to set the contact details shown to them.
Answer
When you send a delivery, your customer receives a link to a tracking page — the microsite — where they follow their order's progress. You make this page yours in two ways:
Your branding. The microsite carries your brand, so the experience feels like an extension of your business rather than a generic tracker.
Per-location contact details. You set the contact information shown to customers for each of your locations, so if a customer has a question about their order, they reach the right place.
This matters because you own the relationship with your customer. If they have a question about the order itself, the microsite points them to you, not to Autolane (see Where order issues go).
You can set up or update your branding or per-location contact details through the Autolane Platform.
